Our current processing time is up to 3 weeks for handmade products, although we will always try to process more quickly when possible. Occasionally some colours may be out of stock and subject to a restock delay. In these cases we will contact you to advise an accurate processing time.
Our Ready to Wear collection is available for immediate dispatch.

Our standard delivery cost is £3.50 and takes between 2 and 5 working days. An "express" service (next-day service) is available for £4.99. Please see our 'delivery' policy for more information.

We currently only ship to UK addresses.

All orders are sent by courier offering tracking. This will be provided to you via email on dispatch.

All our collars are produced to standard sizing, unless an exact size is provided by the customer. In these cases we will size the collar to fit this measurement on the middle hole of the BioThane adapter, which gives an additional 3cm either way. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on collars which do not fit as a result of incorrect neck measurements. However please contact us in these cases and we will endeavour to find a solution.

Because paracord collars vary in thickness, measuring a flat collar will not give the correct neck size. Therefore, please measure around your dogs neck rather than their existing collar, as this will give a more accurate measurement.

Using a fabric tape measure, measure around the point of the neck where their collar usually sits, allowing for two fingers width to fit snugly under the tape. Alternatively you can use a piece of string, again around the dog's neck where their collar usually sits. You can then use a flat ruler to measure the string length.

Please check your order confirmation to make sure the missing item is listed. If it is listed but missing from the package and you have not been advised of any delays by us then please contact us so we can investigate and rectify the problem!

BioThane is a brand of synthetic material known for its durability and waterproof qualities. It's made from coated webbing, typically consisting of polyester webbing with a protective polymer coating. BioThane is used for our adapters due to its resistance to water, odor, and ease of cleaning, providing a long-lasting and low-maintenance option for your pet's collar.

Yes you can wash paracord products. Ideally you can handwash in warm water using your usual detergent. They can also be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees by placing them inside a pillowcase or a laundry bag to prevent the metal parts from banging and ruining the washing machine. The BioThane elements can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Never dry collars in direct sunshine or on heat sources.

We have products available suitable for all sizes and breeds of dogs. If you have any special requirements please contact us and we can work with you to create a bespoke collar to accommodate these.

Absolutely! Our collars collection includes an option to "design your own" collar, allowing you to choose whichever colours and hardware you prefer. If these options are not suitable, please contact us. We love to work with customers to design the perfect collar!

Our products can be worn in water but should be dried off afterwards. The adapters are made from a waterproof and rot-proof material (BioThane). Please note that the hardware used is not rust-proof, therefore if your dog likes the sea you should rinse our products with fresh water and dry thoroughly to prevent corrosion. For dogs which regularly go in the ocean, please contact us as stainless steel hardware can be used which will resist corrosion.
