The Chameleon Collar Base Set is the starting point for our interchangeable collar system. This set consists of a Biothane base collar, paired with a classic overlay in your own custom colourway.
Your base collar set provides the perfect start to your collection. Simply swap the overlay to transform the collar in seconds to suit your mood, your dog's personality or your next adventure together.

How to create your overlay:
- Select the correct size for your dog's Chameleon Base Collar.
- Choose your colours (Biothane and Paracord) using the drop down lists.
- We'll handmake your set to your specification.
As every set is made especially for you, please be aware a little extra time may be needed for production.
Caring for your Chameleon Collar
Overlays can be removed from the base collar for cleaning. To clean the base simply rinse off the Biothane and dry with a cloth.
To clean the overlay, gently rinse with water. A little soap or detergent can be used for stubborn marks. Air dry out of direct sunlight. Over washing can cause pigment to fade.
Regularly check the hardware for wear. In particular check the overlay screws to make sure they do not become loose over time. If this happens, simply tighten with a flathead screwdriver.
We recommend removing the overlay before any muddy adventures. The Biothane is so easy to clean that this is the true beauty of the Chameleon Collar system. Simply wipe the collar clean on your return and reattach the overlay. Your collar will look as good as new!
Sizing
Using a fabric tape measure, measure around the point of the neck where their collar usually sits, allowing for two fingers width to fit snugly under the tape. All sizing is checked before dispatch. This will be done with the collar done up for accuracy.

M - 35-41cm
L - 40-46cm

This is a handmade product and as such, the processing time can be up to 3 weeks, although we reserve the right to extend the processing times during times of high order volume. We will endeavor to create your order as quickly as possible in all cases, however please note that choosing express delivery on handmade products will only expedite the delivery time and not the processing time.

Orders over £50 - free standard delivery (2-5 working days)
Standard shipping - £3.50 (2-5 working days)
Express shipping - £4.99 (next day delivery - 1-2 working days)
We dispatch orders Monday - Friday and our parcels are typically delivered by courier offering tracking.

Returns Policy
As all our collars are handmade to order, we only offer refunds or exchanges on faulty items. We do not cover damage caused by misuse, biting or scratching, wear and tear, cosmetic issues or failure due to a lack of appropriate maintenance.
All collars are measured before dispatch and as such we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on collars which do not fit as a result of incorrect neck measurements. Please see "Sizing Information" for more details.
Please also note that as all of these collars are handmade they may differ slightly in appearance. There may also be slight variations in colour due to the display of photos on your screen.
