Because paracord collars vary in thickness, measuring a collar flat will not give the correct neck size. Therefore, please measure your dogs neck rather than their existing collar, as this will give a more accurate measurement. Using a fabric tape measure, measure around the point of the neck where their collar usually sits, allowing for two fingers width to fit snugly under the tape. All sizing is checked before dispatch. This will be done with the collar done up for accuracy.

We advise handwashing in warm water with a mild detergent or machine washing at 30° in a laundry bag (or pillowcase if you don't have one!) to protect your machine and the hardware.
To prolong the life of the hardware we recommend drying the buckle and rings after washing or if it gets wet, especially after contact with sea water, which can cause corrosion.
Although the materials are very tough, nothing is indestructable! Never allow your dog to chew their collar or lead.
Keep away from fire.
The hardware for our collars and leads depends on the product chosen, and may be either a nickel, antique brass or black finish. Please see the product description for more information.
We cannot be held responsible for any cosmetic wear such as chips, scratches, plating damage fading, etc. resulting from general wear. If you require high strength hardware or corrosion resistance we recommend stainless steel. This can be arranged on request, please contact us.
This is a handmade product and as such, the processing time can be up to 3 weeks, although we reserve the right to extend the processing times during times of high order volume. We will endeavor to create your order as quickly as possible in all cases, however please note that choosing express delivery on handmade products will only expedite the delivery time and not the processing time.
